I have tried to reset my gypsy; let the battery die; and then re-charge; yet it still will not turn on.
Any suggestions?
Could it be the internal battery?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having similar problem. I have managed to get it to turn on but I have to reset it using the little pin hole about 4-6 times. To turn it on I have to hold the upper silver button on the left of the screen, the round button tot he right of the screen and the power button. There has to be a reason why these gypsy's aren't turning on. For $150+ I initially spent on the darn thing you think it would last a little over 2 years.

I am having the same exact problem!!! So frustrating! Ever since I did the update it does this! Do you think it is an update problem? I contacted Customer Service and they suggested the reset with the silver buttons, but it still does the same thing sometimes! They told me to contact Technical support on the phone, but I have not been able to get through during their hours. Anyone else have this issue too?
