I bought the Create 2 days ago and am using the Create a Critter cartridge. For some reason I cannot cut out the accessory items located in the top right corner- my machine won't recognize them! I hit the shift key & the accessory button but no luck. I am trying to cut out the crown for the frog on page 24 but it keeps cutting out the lily pad. Is it something that I am doing wrong or should I return it back to the store?
