I received my machine yesterday. It has 2 problems - 1) it does not cut on the lines correctly even though I have calibrated it many, many times. Both the mat alignment and the blade alignment. Also when it cuts it does not cut through the paper all the way even though I have it set on the highest pressure (5) and the blade on (6). It does not matter what the setting its always cuts the same. I'm wandering if my blade housing is defective. I will be calling on Monday. Anybody else have this problem?

Do you have a blade housing you could pull off your Expression/baby bug to try with it?
