Okay I am a newbee !!  I was actually given a cricut cake for free for no reason from a friend !! But I am a scrapbooker only. So if I change mats, will it cut paper???  Just don't know and really want to use it !! Thanks for answers Michelle

Yes you can cut paper with it. There are a hundred threads on this subject. Keep on reading further down.

I don't have one (wish I did ! ) but I've heard that it can cut sliced cheese, taco shells, cookie dough.
