Is there anyplace that you can find a manual for the Mini to print out?

I too would like to find a manual for the mini cricut. Especially something that explains how to use the cartridges.

To see how to use the carts with the Mini, you need to learn about CCR or the Gypsy. If you are using CCR, there are tutorials on the login page for CCR and there are some great tutorials on this blog that Narelle did: http://cricutcraftroomblog.blogspot.com/For the gypsy, there is an online manual you can read and/or print. There are some blogs on the gypsy as well, She'sASassyLady comes to mind.
