I just got my Baby Bug through HSN and I cant update it to 1.40! I wanted to know why since i assume its new.

when you use design studio are you holding the stop and power button until it beeps?

Yes on both you have to do that it updated to 1.34 but it wont go to 1.40 so i cant link my cartridges to ccr

I am having the same problem. It updated to 1.34 using CCR and I tried to use Design Studio to get it to update to 1.40 but Design Studio keeps saying that my cricut cannot be detected. Anybody have any luck with this?
