The machine won't cut. I've been at this for days and I'm crazy at this point. It says I need to unlock the content online in order to cut what I'm cutting. I go to the website it tells me to go to and I can't find anything there in this category.

do you have the cartridge that you are trying to cut from in the machine?

OOOOh I know excatly what you mean I can't get mine to cut eaither I thought I made progress when I got to a cut screen but then it ask me for a cartridge and I can't seam to link the cartridge the way they say so I don't know what else to do if anyone has any idea's Please let me know I can use the help.

If you are using an actual cart (not a digital one), you don't need to unlock it or link it (unless you are cutting through a Gypsy and not CCR).
Tell us what you are trying to cut and if you are using CCR or a Gypsy and we can help you get it to cut. Or, you can call PC and the Customer Service reps will help you.
