Me! Love, Love, Love my E and wouldn't dream of parting with it even if I had the money for the Imagine it's just not my cup of tea. I think it's a wonderful machine and I have seen some awesome projects from it but I just don't have any interest in it at this time. I would love however to get a Gypsy! That is going to be my next Provo purchace.

I didn't get the Imagine. My E and Baby Bug are all I have and goning to buy another E on black Friday. I do like the printed look, if I wanted that I could just go to the store and buy a card or a pre-printed layout. JMO

Absolutely! I love my E and my baby bug. I know this is almost blasphamous but I use my baby way more than my E! I know, people are fainting right left and centre but I really do! There are soooooo many carts to use I dont think the E will be out of business any time soon! Even though the Imagine is a beautiful new toy, my E is only a year old and it still has lots of miles on it. So the Imagine will be waiting in the wings for a while.

I certainly will and I might even start posting what I make more often now that the MB is faster. I guess I'm among the minority but I am not blown away by what I am seeing from the I. I don't like the white border around every cut-out piece and I much prefer the layers to the printing that I am seeing. They're pretty, just not my taste.

Kathy Too expensive and as other members said, need to use the thousands of paper that I "collected" over the years.

of course....I am still chugging away with my baby bug, I have no need for the I, I have a printer for that!!! I believe the only reason we see so much now is because it is new, remember when the cake was new everyone was so excited thats all that was posted practically questions and projects about the cake and the gypsy too and the expression too!!! Were just like kids only playing with our new toys until the new toy ends up in closet and we returned to our beloved teddy bear or er cricut in this case.

I will be sticking with my E also I have no interest in the I. I am not spending that much for ink in another printer I already have one for my computer. I also think it looks like clipart so I am not interested. I will be posting my creations from my E as long as I can.

I think a lot of people will still do expression art. The I looks too much like clipart or premade items you can buy at the store. (This is NOT knocking anyone who bought the I. It's just my own personal dislike of the look and it's good we can all have different tastes. )

I really don't have any desire for the I. Its very cool and I love it that its so versatile but it just isn't me. I just last weel broke down and bought 2x24 mats and that opened a whole new world for me! makes me wonder what else I am missing out on with my E??

I hope so! The imagine isn't my style at all. Mind you, I'm not one for digital scrapbooking either and it reminds me too much of that. I like to piece everything together myself, but that's just me. I really hope the imagine doesn't take over the cricut though!

I defintely will be...I just want a Gypsy...not an Imagine. So far I haven't been impressed with the Imagine...it seems to take away a lot of the creativity and handmade look to cards and scrapbooking. It looks just like you bought diecuts or bought a card at Hallmark. Just my thought...

I think we will see great projects from both Imagine owners and Expression owners. The E will not be phased out imho.

I really hope that everyone still shares all their creations with their E. While I think that the Imagine is a wonderful new tool for scrapbooking world, personally I feel it dumbs down the creative aspects for me. I love searching for the right components to make it MINE. I did notice that with the creation of all the new cartridges the sharing of .cut files or .gypsy files diminished. That is what I love about this board is the way that PC can give us the tools but we take it to another level with OUR creativity. Enough said.

I know I will be. Hopefully I can download pics here as on the other board after they did some maintenance in April I couldn't load pics here anymore. So, as soon as I get my house back in order (had new carpeting installed so house is a mess right now) I can start crafting again and post.
