I am new at this and may have bitten off more than I can chew!
I can't even figure out how to get all of the different pieces to print- example: I got tires to print but not the eyes. I'm not finding instructions on how to make this happen clearly. I've tried the shift key like I thought and I'm still not getting it.
As for the tires, they cut but I don't even understand where one of the pieces matches up on the car I cut! I cut McQueen 5.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have to admit that the layers on this cart are more difficult to work with than on many of the other carts. I would recommend doing practice cuts first with some scrap paper, and cutting them as large as you can. This will help you identify where each of the layers go (because they are much easier to see).
