Hello everyone :) Happy New Year! I received a Cricut Expressions 2 for Christmas from my wonderful parents and am having trouble with the Cricut Craft Room. I try to print from the 4 cartridges that it came with and after clicking 'cut' it does not work. I have now just put in the Recess cartridge that I got and it is not letting me cut off of that either. What am I doing wrong? I am not sure what I am doing wrong but after clicking 'cut' and then clicking on the machine I want to use, it doesn't go anywhere from there. I am so confused, any help would be wonderful!

You may have to connect your machine to cricut sync for the latest updates. I do not have a E2 machine . You can also look under the E2 forums for sticky notes containing trouble shooting tips. You would first need to download the cricut sync software onto your computer then connect your machine to your computer.

Thanks so much, I think that because I just downloaded everything on Christmas that it should be up to date and such. I greatly appreciate your help and will check out the troubleshooting tips :) I can't wait for this machine to cut my door decorating time in half!

My first question would be can you cut not using the craft room...have you tried that and confirmed it all works fine first before trying to add on the craft room...
