On page 32 of the manual it tells you how to force calibration so I tried this but never got a calibration (other than the screen) out of it. But I thought I would go ahead and see if it would work anyway and when I first put the paper in it spits it right out the back and if I pull it out and put it back in the front and apply pressure (as inserting the mat) it will start printing and cutting and seems to do a good job. I know this is still not right but at least I can play until monday.
