Actually ... you have a couple of options ...

1) Post images directly from your computer ... to do this type your post, then click on the box that that says "attach files to this post" (this is at the bottom of your comment box), then hit post. A new window will appear that will allow you to browse your computer files for the image, make your selection, upload, then post. Your image will appear (be sure it's sized properly).

2) Copy images directly from your blog ... to do this, go to your blog, click on the image, when the new window appears, copy the URL address. Then type your message here on the MB, place your cursor in your post where you want the image to appear, click on the mountain image above the comment area, and paste in your URL.

3) Adding images from Photo Bucket (or other picture housing site) ... to do this, copy the URL address from the respective site, then type your message here on the MB, place your cursor in your post where you want the image to appear, click on the mountain image above the comment area, and paste in your URL.

NOTE: Be sure that when you copy your URL addy that there is not a duplicate of the "http://" at the beginning of the address string.
