Can someone pleaseeeeee tell me how to access the Circle Rewards. All I see when I log on to the Rewards site is the old cartridges.

Hmm, when did you sign up? I think it takes a few days until they show it to you. Also, maybe try calling customer service? Good luck!

When you go to the rewards site, click on "my account" (far upper right-hand corner) ... does it say "Welcome Circut Circle Member!" and give your Cricut Circle Enrollment Date??? ... If not, then check with Customer Service, they should be able to help.

I had to call the circle number, they forwarded my info to someone to gain access. I finally had access later that day, but they said it could take a couple of days to see it.

I am new to circle and didn't realize there was a special award site. I looked and I do t see it so I'll call cs on Monday.

You have to sign in and if Welcome Circle Member doesnt come up on top of the screen, call customer service.

There isn't a special rewards site. The site is the same. If you are a Circle member there will be offers in the reward categories that are not available to non-Circle members and will say "Circle Exclusive!" under the reward.

when you log into rewards Does it say "welcome circle member" to the left of the logout button (on the rewards site)?
If not, is your rewards account e-mail the same as your circle e-mail?
If yes, go to www.cricut.com click my account at the top right locate your cricut.com account number. Go back to the rewards site insert your cricut.com account number in the box on the bottom left of the screen. log out of rewards and log back in.
if you still can't see the rewards within the point sections PC has said it could take a few days to show. If after a few days you still can't see them call PC.
If the e-mail address you used is different then your circle e-mail you will have to call PC and have them change your information
