I have two. A Sony Handycam with a hard disk drive and a Kodak zi8.
For crafting videos I like to use the Sony because it has a remote and I can turn the screen around to look at what is recording while I am doing it. It also has a light and can take still pictures also. The remote is awesome and it allows me to take pics that I can be in. It saves to a hard drive so storage is awesome and downloading is not difficult, however, there are cords you must have connected to the camera and the computer to do this. The zi8 is excellent if I am behind the camera. This is one of the little ones that download easily to youtube and to my computer. It has the flash drive thingy attached so all I have to do is connect it and it downloads. I like this one for outside family shooting. Quick stuff that I can easily grab and push record. Not good recording in low light situations. HTH

Right now for my videos, I am using the webcam on my laptop, I know how sad is that? LOL But, I am thinking about the Flip camera because it seems so easy to use. Stacy
