hi all! i don't post in this forum often but i have been wanting to let you vinyl - crazy people know about some products i have been using that are PERFECT with our vinyl stencils we all love to do - especially with the holidays coming! many of you have probably already heard of viva decor - especially the viva decor pens. well they make LOTS of incredible products and i am loving them with vinyl stencils! here's a list: satine - gives you the look of etched glass, comes in colors, dishwasher safe the pens - ALL of the pens can be used to get different effects (only glass effects gel is dishwasher safe). one thing i have been loving - the pens on light blocks - way cool) precious metal color paint - SUPER metallic gorgeous colors and ONE COAT COVERAGE no matter what you are painting. did some leaves on some terra cotta pots yesterday using vinyl stenciles - gorgeous 3d glitter gel - colored gel filled with glitter AND microbeads modeling cream - a pearlescent paste like *icing* - gives you a super crisp clear look with smoothed on with a spatula or can be dabbed onto the stencil for a more textured dimensional look terra - looks just like terra cotta, can be smoothed or dabbed on too. ALL of these products are new to the us market and fairly hard to find but you CAN get them from terrikrafts here on the board. i KNOW i should be putting pictures but alot of the things i have worked on recently are for my magazine and can't be shown - i will post more as i do them! as i said these products are hard to find - hobby lobby has been going back and forth as to whether they are going to carry them but no interest from other large stores yet. you CAN however, get them online in a very few places including terrikrafts right here on the board.

Have you ever used the vinyl for temporary tatoo stencils? We have a girls softball team and the girls just love the sports mania cartridge and want to make tatoos to wear to some of the games and I am wondering if the vinyl would work as a stencil.

Thanks so much for the post about these products! I haven't found them all on the manufacturer's website; they have so much I am still working through everything. I am now in love in the paper pens. They make great beads! I found them on Amazon for good prices (and I have a amazon prime membership, so 2 day shipping is free).
