I used some ideas from the other cards I saw posted to create this. The 6 is circle punched and spins by attaching it with fishing line. Stamps and majority of paper are from Close To My Heart. MJ attached the following image(s):

Wow, your card is awesome.  The design is so clean and the spinner is amazing. I think I saw a YouTube video where the artist used a coin behind the spinner...However, it was a British coin so I'm not sure what would be a good substitute.
