I forgot my login info from the old mb and had pc send me a new password and now I want to change it. I will never remember the one they gave me so I want to change it but can't figure out how to. Thanks for your help. Niki

Ok I figured it out... You have to go back to the old message board profile and change it there.

Thanx Janette. I forgot and ended up with a new password too. If I had to remember the one PC just gave me I'll never sign on again (LOL). Going back to the old MB to correct this mess. Thank You!!!

yes all you have to do is go to the old MB in your personal info and change the password If you forgot your password request a new one they give you a tempory password then go change to whatever password that suits your fancy I did and it worked fine HTH

Holy cow thank you VERY much. One extra note for us peole that could not find on the old one were to change. You need to go in to your account to change the password.

In the email they sent you with the new password, under the new password, it says, "Click Here to Login". If you click on that, it will take you to a log in page that has your username, your current password and then a spot for your new password. It should make you change it before it even allows you to log in.
