The easy to use solution is not working and you can not get through to them on phone. Provo craft you want the money but you are not helpingg us out at all. You put us on hold and tell us to follow the easy to use steps. Yes steps are easy but it not working and you click us off after we have been waiting for along time on the phone. Is this anyway to do business with your customers who have bought so much from you. Just got discontented for the 8th time after holding for over 45 minute each time.  . What you do take all your phones off the hook? We would like to use the machines or maybe you would like to get a bunch of them back? Diane
