I leave the computer for about 20 minutes and it logs me off and have to sign in again......this has happened already a couple of times in the last couple of hours. Anyone else??
I like that I can stay signed into the other board. Is there a way to arrange that on this board??

this is one of the things I really hate about the new format - the CC board has always been this way. And, more likely than not, checking that "remember me" box will NOT do you any good! You'll have to type everything in, every time.

Yeah, I don't like signing in every single time I come back to the board. It's logging me out even if I have not closed out internet explorer...it just does it after a cetain amount of idle time :( But I still like this one better!!!

I certainly don't know everything there is to know about computers, but it seems to me if everyone can stay "logged on" all the time, but they are not on the boards more than 30-minutes a day, or 30-minues three times a day, it is bogging down the boards for everyone who is on when they are not?
Maybe I didn't say it right; but, it just seems to me it makes more sense only to allow people to stay "logged on" if they are active (meaning they are moving around within the posts constantly, and not just leaving their computer idle while they go fix dinner, do housework, run errands, etc.).
That way, everything moves along FASTER!
