Your anti-virus is probably the problem. You need to go into your anti-virus settings to find your Exceptions Lists. Select Programs/folders, Add button, when prompted, select Browse.
Navigate to and select the folder :
"C:\Program Files\CricutSync"
(or on 64 bit systems "C:\Program Files (x86)\CricutSync").
You should then see the CricutSync folder in the list.
*Please note that "(x86)" in Program Files folder is only present on 64 bit systems.
Select Apply then OK.
IMPORTANT:
Restart the computer for the exception list changes to take place.0
Let us know the outcome because if it does not work, then PC suggests that you contact your antj-virus company as I am not allowed to tell you to turn off your anti-virus as others might suggest it to you.
There are also other programs on your computer that could interfer as well.
Check to be sure you have Adobe Air at least 2.7 but 3.0 or higher is preferred.
