Hi everyone, just wondering received my Imagine today but noticed something, my MAT is totally not that sticky at all. The paper is not even wanting to stay on it properly to do a cut. Did ANYONE else have ANY issues with their mat not being sticky? thanks for any help on this.
I was going to try and contact PC next week and ask them...

Per Beth at PC
Rub the triangle scraper thingy over the glue to activate it or put the mat under warm running water and rub the mat gently with your fingers to activate the glue. Allow the mat to air dry.

Seriously run water on it? I don't understand how water will make it sticky wouldn't that cause it to loose adhesion being wet hmmmm will give it a try though
