I have just bought my 1st Cricut machine and the 1st thing I try to cut I can't seem to get it right... I got both cups cut but I can not get the steam to cut? How do you get this?

Hello - to get the steam to cut you need to select shift on the keypad.

Did you push the Layer key? It will show the "steam" which you will have to cut separately.
