Help! Where do I find the code for the $25? I got the 3D ornaments and the font, but not the $25. What did yours look like?

Ok, I feel dumb...I found it. Just expected it to be like the other certificates, but I guess it wasn't.

How do you cash in the $25? I wanted to purchase a digi cartridge, but it doesn't give me an option to pay with a giftcard? Frustrating????

After you put something in your "cart", the next page is for shipping info. There is a box for the promo code. Enter the numbers there.

Thank you. I tried that, but it just gives me invalid promo code, so I guess I will have to call tomorrow about that as well as problems downloading the 3D ornaments.

Thanks again. Have you already redeemed the font we get with the mini? If you did,(I had this problem too) it said I couldn't redeem the ornament one. Something about me already using the 7000199 code. I filled out the form that you can click on for problem redeeming codes and was sent a new code within 24 hours via email. In addition to what has been posted, in a few hours you can go to cricut.com, click live chat and hopefully the agent can give you another code.
