Does anyone have a resource for the Imagine yet? I know it's new, but the Expression had such great resources ... I'm a bit nervous about starting up with mine and no place to go for help ... any ideas?

Have you tried youtube.com, they have tons of videos on the imagine.

Great question I hope thsi will be a great resource place for us. I also heard that Tammy had a downloadble for teh RBG file!

 Missing ink cartridge: Printed some tags but when I went back to print more next day, screen on the imagine ink display read: missing! Took out the ink cartridges and re-inserted but still read the same, even tried using different cartridge. Please help before I open package of two other ink cartridges. Thank you, Sonia C.

I have the same issue. I wasted two of the tri-color cartridges; one was the hp 97, which is now supposable compatible with the Imagine, and not cheap $49.00… I refuse to by another cartridge until PC finds a solution. Otherwise it was a pretty expensive PAPER WEIGHT!  If by chance you have found the problem would you share?

Try taking them both out. Turn the machine on. Insert ... the black one first and give it a minute or two to register. Then insert the color one. See if that takes care of it or not. Sometimes does and sometiems you find out it was just one causing the problem. If your machine is not up to date, that can also cause a problem at times. :)Khrista
