I just turned it on and inserted Nursery Tails. While the Imagine is doing it's updating thing, I noticed that the two other cartridge boxes are damaged. So upset. One of them just has damage to the thin plastic on the outside of the box, but the other one has cracked pieces of the plastic box floating around inside.crying] The cartridges appear to be unharmed  but I am going to request new boxes. I'll be back in a bit with my first card!

I can't wait to see what you create. I am going to wait on purchasing one until the kinks are worked out and I see what other people make!

Welcome GabrielaD!
I can't beleive how many people have had their shipment show up like this?!? What the heck is goin' on while shipping? I'm surprised the machine themselves are showing up in one piece! Would they ship these if they showed up at the warehouse already cracked? I doubt that. Maybe though. *shrug* Goodness BellaBug I hope they send you new boxes asap!

This happened to someone else also and she called PC and they are sending her new boxes.

Not sure what could have happened as it was inside the Imagine box & it had no damage to it!

The box my Imagine was in was not damaged but the carts had a little damage to the boxes but seem to work ok. My second order from HSN had misc. scrap supplies in it and that box was totally destroyed and barely held together by LOTS of tape. The items inside the second box was fine, not sure what happened they were left on my porch when I came home so I couldn't ask the UPS guy.

Ahhh hugs long time glad to see you ;0 Yes my plastic cases were damaged as well :( they were crushed and little pieces were all over the carts are fine but not the cases :( still calibrating excited :)
