This is the card I made for my little nephew's birthday. I used lots of cartridges for the outside: Create a Critter for the train, snake, and present; Nate's ABCs for the number "2"; and Everyday Pop-Ups for the cake.  The train on the inside is from Pop-Up Neighborhood. More pics and details are on my blog.
