thanks for the info.. how long did it take you to update.. mine has been doing for about two hours and is only on 20%. Im getting excited to try it out.

It is a short update less than 5 minutes
Perhaps you needed extra content if you hadn't updated your Gypsy in the past few weeks

new update this morning.....to build 48 if you are working right now I would wait to do update....because it is now errored out and can't get on.....

I'm not up-to-date on anything here on the MB (sorry if these errors have already been corrected), but is everyone seeing that we need to update DRIVERS on our machines?

Here's what I did when I first got the error message someone noted above: I connected my Expression to my computer (so, if you have the IMAGINE or the E2, you would need to connect your machine to your computer). Go into CCR and go to the HELP menu at the left upper menus and click on "INSTALL DRIVER".

I'm actually not at my home computer right now, so forgive me if you're not seeing what I'm saying here--but, I think that's where I saw the "install driver".

As I've stated in another post, you might have to wait overnight for CRICUT's overnight updates to get your CUT button. I had to wait overnight after I installed the drivers. Also, I don't know if the DRIVERS are being installed on our computers or on our machines, so you may not have to connect your machine. That was what I did, so that's why I'm saying to do it that way. I lost my CUT button after the new BUILD, installed the new driver and still did not have my CUT button; but, when I went to CCR the next morning, my CUT button re-appeared. Perhaps CCR was down when I installed the driver and noone had the CUT button--I have no way of knowing why I lost it.

I don't know if this will help anyone; hope it will.

BUG GUIDES - If you know this is not helpful, please come on and say something. All I know is, this is what I did to get my CUT button back after I lost it on Build 48. BUT, I don't want fifteen or thirty people trying this and further getting frustrated.

THIS IS WHAT I DID FOR: Expression - I use Windows XP (Operating System on my computer) - Desktop Computer - I am a BETA TESTER via email invite from the beginning of CCR

I know what you mean but some members have been here since 2006 and still not got an invite, it is random, so when it gets nearer the time to release CCR to the general Public, you will all probably get an invite then

CCR is still in Beta mode and there has been no word on when it will go live. (CCR has been moved from the Beta servers to its permanent servers.... that's been the only change.)

When you get the Bridge error it either means CCR is down or you are not connected to the internet.

At the moment.... it is down.

Monday, 10am central time
I have been ccr beta tester and just tried to log on to ccr, says it is down to try later, if still a problem to try and contact tech support.

I bet they are busy, I will just wait a bit longer, LOL
