Has anyone else had trouble cutting the word sentiments from the Jubilee cartridge? I've been trying to cut "With Sympathy" all day and it keeps ripping when I try to take it off the cutting mat. I've tried cutting it different sizes, different papers, pressure settings and everything else I could think of. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

yes, I'm using the spatula. That doesn't seem to help either.

This is one of the first carts I bought and have much trouble with. The letters/words do not cut well in small size for a card. My best suggestion is to use shadow feature it makes them a little wider.

I understand how you feel ... the Jasmine font is very delicate. I often have difficulty with it to and have the best results if I can cut it out in a larger size (sometimes hard to do for a card).

I often wonder how well the designs were tested in the smallest sizes prior to production. I have to cut some of these narrow fonts in the Shadow feature to make them work.
