My blad on the E2 is set too low and and can't load the mat and when I doo it cuts the made and the paper all the way to the thing I'm cutting?? What am I doing wrong?

Well my E2 is packed up and going back to Provo. Guess something is wrong with the blade housing. DH and I working on it all evening and it was cutting on the way to and back from the design I was cutting. It messed up a mat too.
I'm SAD didn't really get to use it!Crying

I had the same problem. Mine is on it's way back to pc with a FedEx lable they emailed me. Once fedex scans it, PC will send out a new one to cut down on the turn around time. Call customer support. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

yes they are doing that for me too! We really tried to get it to work, so hope it all turns out great for both of us!
