My blade housing actually sits on the cricut base. I can't load the paper unless I lift the blade housing ( lots of play in it ). The blade drags and cuts the paper even on one.
My guess is I will need to return my E2. How do I do this?
I'm going to love my E2 once this issue is cleared up. What a great machine!
