I am a beta tester for CCR and wondered if we have the ability to do a test cut. My cut function is grayed out so I am assuming that we cannot cut.
When I went to the help menu, it said we need to have the desktop version. Any thoughts on how we get it? I want to practice before it goes live

Linda - What computer do you have your CCR software set up on? AND, what PC machine are you trying to CUT with?

Linda you need to have received a 2nd (or 3rd) email invite to have the cutting access. As per the post on the Circle Blog today - if you didn't get the invite it send an email to: craftroom@provocraft.comMake sure you give them your Circle number so they know that you are a Circle member.

Narelle - Did everyone receive the update for MAC? I'm asking because I usually get all the emails from PC (except the CHIRP; and, recently I have started getting it, too). I didn't receive an email on the new update. I guess I'm asking because to my knowledge, PC does not know who does and who does not have a MAC. They have never asked me what kind of computer I use. So, it seems they would send that email out to everyone.
Plus, I was wondering if there were any other updates in that update that was not specifically for MAC users.

I am on a PC and installed the program from the second email I had recieved. The cut button disappears on me the second when the overlay tab icons finish loading. Does anyone have suggestions?
