Hi I apologize if this is addressed somewhere else. If it is, please direct me to it. If not - I am wondering about the search capabilities of CCR. Is it complete? Or is it still being worked on? I am searching for phrases and shapes that I know exist but aren't showing up. For example I typed in Happy Birthday and only one phrase showed up and was on A Child's Year I typed in Birthday and it did not show anything with Happy Birthday in it. Just a few birthday. I love what I am seeing so far, just wondered where the program was with these capabilities. There were other things I couldn't find but know they exist. I am more than willing to wait if they are still working on it. It really is an awesome offering for all of us cricut users. and it is FREE :) I have a Gypsy and love it but this will enhance its use I think. Way to Go Provo Craft! Thank you! Ann

I got the same results as you. These are the issues that CCR want to know about. You can either email them at craftroom@provocraft.com or click on the Help/Feedback, Feedback option in CCR and it will take you to a new page on your browser where you can give them your feedback.

The SEARCH feature works for me.
Under the OVERLAY tab, where the cartridge names are showing, use the scroll bar and make sure it is all the way to the top where you can click on ALL CARTRIDGES. Then, when you do a search, it will search all cartridges instead of just the one highlighted. I think "3 Birds" is a default cartridge showing everytime we open CCR. So, you have to change it to ALL CARTRIDGES.
Try it and let us know if it now works for you.

I am sorry if my statement is not clear. So I will re-state. The search function works for me, but the results are not complete. I search for things that I know are on cartridges, but they do not come up in the search. And, the cartridges are part of what is available in the search list. sorry for any confusion. I will definitely send a note to the powers that be. Don't want to stir anything up, just want to see if there is something I didn't know about since I just gained access to CCR less than a week ago. Thanks.

I didn't think you were stirring anything up at all.
Again, I'm not having any problems in SEARCH. I can see all the images that are on my cartridges that are listed in CCR and when I search for various things, they come up.
Maybe I'm still not understanding what you are trying to explain. That's okay.
Can you give a specific example? I would like to see what you're specifically asking about. Thanks.

Thanks. Hi Ann As I said I got the same (incomplete) results as you using your example: All Types, All Cartridges, happy birthday.  I'll be adding that problem to my feedback again this week. Hopefully it's something they are working on.

Char She is getting results when she searches, just not all of the images as she knows there are others that didn't come up in her search. Her example was she searched for birthday having All Carts in her drop down box and none of the carts/images with happy birthday came back in her search results. But, I'm sure the CCR Team will get that fixed!
