This is a LO of dd's very first play, she was 22 months old and she played Cindy Lou Who in Seussical the Musical. I used Cutting Up for the titles, Create a Critter for the grass and Sesame Street Seasons for the palm tree. I doodled on the letters with a MS white marker and inked the grass and palm tree although it is hard to tell. The Thing 1 and 2 are a pin from Target's dollar spot that I removed the back from. I welded and cut the grass twice and then pop-dotted the top layer.
