I made this card for a bridal shower I went to today. The top layer of the dress is vellum embossed with my Cuttlebug swiss dots folder. The bottom layer is just white cardstock. I didn't actually use a layer feature to cut the dress pieces. I just cut them at 2 different sizes. More info on my blog! TFL TRice attached the following image(s):

Oh how pretty this is ... I really like that you made this in layers with embossed vellum on top and know that this card looks even lovelier in person than in the photo. TFS
