Hi everyone, I need your help. I bought the Pagoda cart and it is damaged. I know from a girl from this MB that I can ask PC for changing the cart but I didn't have the right contact address. I sent a e-mail to the Customer Support and they answered me the following text:
Due to the technical nature of your inquiry, we would recommend that you contact our Customer Service Department at: 1-877-727-4288. Our hours are Monday through Friday 7am to 6pm MST. We do apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause and look forward to hearing from you soon.
I'm living in Germany and cannot call them so I asked for the e-mail address of the Customer Service Department but I got no answer. I was searching at their website and I didn't find any e-mail address from this Department.
Please if anybody knows the correct address let me know.

I would recommend pm'ing admin Becky or one of the Bug Guides. With your circumstances (being in another country) I think you probably need an actual person.
