Can anyone tell me how you know which envelope to cut to go with a card? For example, on page 34 the "Thank You a Latte". Do you cut the card first then write down the measurements for the envelope? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Here's what I do:
I use "Fit to Page" to get the biggest envelope I can make for the card; because they aren't usually all that big after you fold them and glue them.
Once you show what envelope you want to cut and hit "Fit to Page", your display will show you what "SIZE" the envelope is going to cut; write it down if you're afraid you'll forget.
Then, when you select the card, you use that "SIZE" to cut your card.
