Does anyone know the right settings for this cartridge, I keep trying to cut the butterfly but his antenna's keep breaking off, if anyone has a setting that has worked well for them, please let me know.

Is it tearing off when you cut it? Maybe decrease the pressure.
When you take if off the mat? Try using a spatula to carefully get under it. Or cut it slightly larger so the antenna are thicker.
