I just ordered and received George with my Cricut points along with another cartridge. I followed the directions to load George and it said to put George in the machine, hook up the Gypsy and load it. Pretty simple, right? I keep getting an error saying there's no data on the cartridge to load. I have never seen this before.
Has anyone else? Thinking I got a bad cartridge, but if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. I may have to call PC to get this straightened out.

I would call PC. I just did mine and had no problem. Might be a bad cart. Good luck

When the Gypsy first came out some people who were having trouble put the cart in the machine, made a cut and then were able to link the cart. If you are still having trouble, the wizards of the Gypsy Tech forum might be able to help you.

Have you tried running an update on your machine? I think that's what I had to do.
