Does anyone know where I can get a translation of the oriental symbols on Pagoda. I want to use some in cards, but don't want to use anything inappropriate (eg joy on a sympathy card etc). Any help gratefully received

I am having trouble with the Pagoda Cartridge. It will not let me cut anything. It keeps asking me for the Pagoda Passion cartridge. I have uninstalled and re installed the DS software but it didnt help. Any suggestions????

Checked several posts on MB and blog sites;it appears this is a problem that PC knows about...so I'm going to call them on Monday and see if they have a solution. I use the DS for everything and would hate it if I can't use Pagoda on it. Will let you know if I get any resolution....

She had me uninstall, reinstall DS, update firmware and font update. She was very patient and stayed on the line with me but nothing worked. Finally I was told I'd get a replacement cartridge. Well it came today and it is also defective. Tried everything but to no avail. I'm super disappointed; neither cart works with the DS. I use DS for everything and this really puts a crimp in my ability to use this cart effectively. Emailed PC with results but I don't expect any response....bummer!!!

I think I have the solution to this problem. On your computer where CDS is installed all the fonts are in directories by letter. On my computer there are two files for pagoda: pagoda and pagoda passion. I'm guessing that you all have the pagoda passion font file on your computer and you need the pagoda file. I don't know for sure as I haven't tried to cut from pagoda yet. But I can send you the pagoda file that I have. Then you can copy it in your designstudio>cricut fonts>cricut fontsP-S folder and remove the pagoda passion file. I suggest you create a subfolder under CDS called Deleted Fonts and put it there (just in case this doesn't work). Also, you will need to close CDS and reopen it. Just PM me with your e-mail address if you want me to send you the file.
