are they all the same, by the looks of the booklet they are all very similar
when cut and they do you just adhere the design on the outside of the cube?
I am wondering how they compare to cupcake wrapper lite cartridge
anyone care to share differences?

I'm not sure what you're asking.
The Cricut Lite Cupcake Wrappers cartridge is curved designs, that wrap around the cupcake.
A few of the other cartridges have a couple wrappers on them and if they are curved, they're designed to wrap around.
Sweet Treats has boxes without tops to hold the cupcake, and a coordinating image is stuck on the box. That sort of thing.
I haven't checked out the new Cupcake Lite cartridge, so I'm not sure what's on it.
