Is there any way to cut the top part of the ornament liner without cutting the entire ornament? I do have CDS but don't know how to use it.... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not on this item. If the ornament had separate cut lines, you could use the "hide selected contour" but it appears to be all one cut line.

You could try sliding the part you don't want to cut off the screen. Then it will only cut part of it but you may have to snip it a bit with scissors. Hope that makes sense!
