Has anyone had a problem loading this cart to your Gypsy? I keep getting a message saying it can't read the cart.. and the " if this is the George... " message. I DID do the most recent update on my Gypsy.. What do I do??? PLEASE HELP!!! I bought this cart to make my son't 3rd bday invites. :(

have you tried turning the cart around? have you tried linking while it's plugged into the power outlet?

I have the same question. Although mine is happening with my most favourite cartridge Straight From the Nest.

My Toy Story cart is giving me the same message. I too have tried with the Gypsy plugged in and unplugged, made sure the link cird has clicked and turned the cart around numerous times. it will not load past four bars on the final link screen. I plan to be on the phone with ProvoCraft first thing Monday morning. I am soo disappointed. I really wanted to play with this cart ASAP.

I had the same problem but I kept trying different ways and eventually it linked.
