I'm new to this so bear w/me! Can anyone tell me how I can get my whole 12x12 mat on my design studio?

Hope this helps. In the bottom lefthand side of design studio there are 3 "buttons" 1 is fit to view. This will make the entire design layout show on your screen. The next 2 (100% and 200% ) just zoom in and out. If this isn't what you were looking for try this next step. At the top left of design studio it says File Edit View. Click on view and then in the drop down bar click on mat size. Here you can change your mat from 6x12 12x12 12x24. Hope that helps :)

If neither of those works, you might need to change the resolution on your monitor. There is some info on the settings needed to view DS on cricut.com, Products tab, DS FAQ.
