Has anyone had problems trying to cut out pieces and it says N/A even though its an option what do u do?

Haven't had that problem. Are you sure you don't have "shift" picked, or something like that?

I've had it happen. It may be the "order" you are making selections/pushing buttons. Try your shift key first, if it's needed, then the funtion key, followed by the image key. Hope that helps
