Has anyone had trouble cutting out the Merry Christmas on Jolly Holidays? Everytime I cut it the Y tears and I was just wondering if anyone has had the same problems? Thanks

I have not tried to cut it out but that happens to be a lot on other cartridges. Do you have Design Studio? Sometimes if I turn the image it will cut or sometime I have to use different paper to get it to work.

Someone posted before to try lowering the pressure and use multi-cut. I tried this on some others that I had trouble with letters tearing and it works. Some are still too thin if cut too small.

On this one, I find the "lower and slower" rule works for me. Reduce the speed and pressure, and lower the blade depth. Sometimes a multi-cut is needed, but still, it's worth it to get a nice cut.
