I made these at 5". I used a scallop punch and embossed it, then used a star punch and a small brad. These little bags contain a salted nut roll. They were so much fun to make.

cute! How tall do the bags end up being when cut at 5"?

Probably about 3" tall. I gave them away already or I would have measured!
