I am a total newbie and am trying my best to get use to my new Imagine machine, perhaps I should have started with something more basic. Nevertheless, I can print and cut with no problems but when I want to cut with my own stock of paper, the machine doesn't load it properly to take it down to the cutting area. I have looked online, owners manual (if you want to call it that) and can't figure it out. I feel like a dummy. Do I need to load the paper from somewhere else? Would appreciate any comments!

You will load it in the same area "insert mat here". Make sure you have the setting on cut only.
