ok heres the scoop, somehow my password was compromised and i cannot seem to receive a new temp one for my original account i had no choice but to start over and use alternate email
so does anyone know how LONGG the avg wait is for an email or do i just give up and start new ?

Your Provo Craft Community account is tied to an existing cricut.com account. Any account changes need to be done on cricut.com. If you know your password but simply want to change it you can log in to cricut.com, then under [my account] select [edit] password.

If you have forgotten your password then, on cricut.com, select [sign in] and then [forgot your password].

Details (Forgot Password):

#1 Go to http://www.cricut.com

#2 Select [sign in] from the top right navigation.

#3 Select [forgot your password] under Returning Cricut Customers.

#4 Provide your username (email), then select [continue].

#5 An email will be sent to the address provided above. The will include a new password that can be used to log in to your cricut.com account.

Details (Change Password):

#1 Go to http://www.cricut.com

#2 Select [sign in] from the top right navigation.

#3 Provide your current username (email) and password. Then select [sign in].

#4 Select [my account] from the top right navigation.

#5 Select [edit] next to password.

#6 Provide your current password and your new password. Select [save].

You have to call PC! The same thing happened to me, and they were able to fix right on the phone. They do not answer emails. At least that's been my experience. Chris's suggestion is the normal way to fix it, but it did not work for me! I was told this happens sometimes.
