Maybe I'm expecting something that isn't there but here goes turn to page 63 for an example. On the left hand side of the manual in the pink area when I cut the words season's greetings then cut the shape above it my words don't seem to fit the shape like the photo next to the shape am I making sense?  I cut them both the same size

I see there was no response to this but the post is fairly old. The only thing I can think of is that you have the real size button on ... it should be off. Hope you already figured out what was wrong before now.
