I called customer service (the number is under the help option on the web page). They looked up my order number and then credited my card back. I received the email in about 1 hr. and they said it could take 7-10 business days to post on my credit card.
I did see they are having the Lites for $20 on BF but it does not state online, it says limited quantities, and it does not show the "older ones", it shows newer ones.
